This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the F.I.R. dated 09.02.2025 bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.40 of 2025, under Sections 316(2), 352 and 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kursi, District Barabanki. 3. The Senior Registrar of this Bench has submitted its report dated 25.04.2025 along with the settlement entered into between the parties, whereby the parties have settled their dispute amicably. 4. According to the terms of the compromise, parties have settled their dispute amicably. They further agreed to withdraw the cases filed against each other. 5. Learned counsel for the parties state that even the amount under the said agreement stands settled between the parties and that there are no further claims or demands against each other with respect to the matter involved in the present writ petition. 6. Considering the terms of settlement, we, accordingly, quash the F.I.R. All proceedings/investigation which may have been held consequent thereto are also quashed and the writ petition is allowed. 7. The Senior Registrar of this Court shall communicate this order to the Court concerned for correcting its record, accordingly. 8.
