Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer for direction to learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, court no. 17, Lucknow to conclude the proceedings of Sessions Trial No. 29 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 980 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504 IPC, Police Station Madiyaon, District Lucknow, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2019, but even after passing of six years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the learned trial court concerned is directed to conclude the proceedings of Sessions Trial No. 29 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 980 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504 IPC, Police Station Madiyaon, District Lucknow, if the matter is still pending consideration, with Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Shuaib Khan, Mohammad Ahmad Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
