(Kagaj Sankhya 102 ka) seeking recall of the order dated 27.02.2013 in Regular Suit No. 310/2006 (Jalaluddin & others V/s Ashok Kumar & others) pending before him/her within a stipulated time period, in the interest of justice." 3.
