The interim relief application of the petitioner in a revision pending before the State Government under Rule 80 of the Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021 has been rejected by cryptic order. The revision is fixed for final hearing on 23.04.2025. Considering the facts of the case, the impugned order in so far as it rejects the interim relief application after admitting the revision is quashed. As an interim measure till disposal of the revision it is provided that, subject to a bank guarantee being submitted by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, within a period of 15 days, in respect of the amount due under the order of the District Magistrate which is impugned in the revision before the opposite party no. 3, the recovery in respect of the said order shall not be given effect till disposal of the revision.
