2 release unpaid retiral dues payable to petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, would submit that the paper regarding the retiral dues of the petitioner has already been processed and the retiral dues will be released to the petitioner within a period of 30 days.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
4. Looking to the submissions made by the counsel for the respondent/State, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents’ authorities to release unpaid retiral dues, payable to the petitioner within a period of 35 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
