Counsel for Petitioner :- Susaumya Parihar Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. The petitioner has some grievances regarding technical glitches while trading. He raised the grievance before the opp. party No. 1, but the same has been closed by decision dated 10.9.2024, copy of which is enclosed at page- 79. The said decision has not been challenged. An attempt to avail further remedy on O.D.R. Platform did not fructify, because such complaints were not entertainable on the smart O.D.R. Portal as per communication dated 26.12.2024 at page 99. These are not matters to be looked into under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may avail other remedies, as may be prescribed in law. If it is possible and permissible, the petitioner may approach the opp. party No. 1 again or seek other remedies available to him in law. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
