Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for respondents. By this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to work on the post of Anganwadi Sahaiyka in village Dhariyamau Block Lambhuwa, District Sultanpur and pay honorarium continuously month to month in accordance with law.

Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before respondent no. 3 within two weeks from today and in case, such a representation is submitted, the same shall be decided sympathetically by respondent no. 3 within a further period of four weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
