To direct the opposite party i.e. Uttar Pradesh State Public Service Tribunal Court No. 8, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow to expeditiously decide the restoration application bearing Misc. Application No. 02/2024, in Claim Petition No. 670/2022 " Surya Bhan Singh Yadav Vs. State of UP and others" pending since 2024, within prescribed time period, it is further prayed that decide the Claim Petition No. 670 of 2022 of the petitioner, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
