Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI thereby quashing the impugned order dated 27.2.2025 passed by the Up Ziladhikari Lakhimpur Kheri in Case No.3829/2025 (Computerized Case No. T-202510430103829 (State versus Chameli) U/S 104/105 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006 and order dated 19.02.2025 passed by Nayab Tehsildar, Kheri, Tehsil Lahimpur Kheri, Disrict Kheri in case No.5008/2024 computerized Case No.T202410430105008 (Chameli versus Maiku) U/S 34 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue code 2006. Contained as ANNEXURE NO. 1 & 2 to this writ petition." In view of the remedy of revision available to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available and with a direction that in case such revision is filed, the same shall be decided by the concerned authority, as per law, expeditiously.
