For the Respondents: Mr. Rajat, Advocate proxy Mr. Janesh Mahajan, Advocate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioner seeks implementation of the judgment rendered in Parkash Chand Sharma Versus Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Viswavidyalaya and another2, wherein following directions were issued:- “29. Consequently, in view of above, decision of the respondent-University in rejecting the claim of the petitioners for switching over from CPF to GPF-cum- Pension scheme, is quashed and set aside being contrary to the Finance Committee decision duly approved by the Board of the respondent-University. Petitioners are held entitled to be governed by the Pension Scheme as framed vide Annexure A-24 read 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 CWPOA No.2920 of 2019, decided alongwith connected matters on 02.09.2022 2 with Pension scheme, Annexure A-25 from due dates, with all consequential benefits.” 2. As per the documents appended with the execution petition, the respondents have issued an office order on 31.01.2023 pursuant to and for implementing the aforesaid directions. 3. At this stage, learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that he is under instructions of learned original counsel to withdraw this execution petition and to seek liberty to proceed in accordance with law for petitioner’s surviving grievances.
