Narzari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the instant contempt petition the respondent authorities by issuing an order dated 26.05.2025 has already complied with the judgment & order dated 06.08.2024 passed by this court in WP(C)/1248/2024. It appears that the aforesaid order is also brought on record by filing the connected interlocutory application, i.e., I.A. (Civil)/3185/2025 in the present contempt case. Perused the aforesaid judgment & order dated 06.08.2024 in WP(C)/1248/2024 as well as the order dated 26.05.2025 enclosed as Annexure-B to the interlocutory application, nothing survives for adjudication in the instant contempt petition.
