Heard Sri P.Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.Venu Gopal, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments. With the consent of both the learned counsel the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments, has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the 4th respondent, dated 02.04.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that their office has received multiple complaints against the Akhila Bharatha Srisaila Kshetra Vadiyarajula Satram, Srisailam, regarding mismanagement, non production of accounts, and non-conduct of annual audits. An inquiry was initiated, and notices were issued to the Committee to attend for inquiry on 07.01.2025 and 17.01.2025, with relevant records. 4. However, the Committee has requested to reschedule the inquiry to 05.02.2025, on account of sickness of the Chairman and the enquiry could not be concluded. 5. The written instructions of the 4th respondent, dated 02.04.2025 are placed on record. 6. Having regard to the same, since the inquiry has already been initiated, this Court does not deem it fit to issue a writ to the respondents. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the inquiry within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Needless to observe, sufficient opportunity for hearing must to the petitioner. No costs.
