This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred against order dated 16.10.2024, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Chandauli in Misc. Case No. 383 of 2024 (Sulekha Maurya and others Vs. Atma Maurya), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Chakiya, District- Chandauli. The order / signal dated 06.01.2025 passed by Commandant, 219 Battalion, CRPF Sukma, Chhatishgarh is also being impugned. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in aforesaid proceedings under Section 128 Cr.P.C., the Family Court has made a direction to the Commandant, 219 Battalion, CRPF to deduct an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month from salary of applicant for payment of maintenance and to realise arrears of maintenance to the tune of Rs.50,4000/- in installments. Learned counsel submitted that the installments fixed by the Commandant are quite high and unreasonable and thus the amount of installments may be reduced. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application before the Family Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today, raising his grievance regarding quantum of installments, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law by the court concerned. 5.
