The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the opposite party no.1 to 5 to demolish the illegally constructed brick wall on public path, by the opposite party no.6, at Village-Bhatpurwa Majare Domapur, Police Station-Mahrajganj, District- Raebareli, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that there is an efficacious remedy under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the petitioners are permitted to move an appropriate application before the respondent no.4 under Section 26, which shall be proceeded and concluded in accordance with law within the time as prescribed in the statute. 4.
