Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel. 2.Pursuant to the order passed by this court, the District Programme Officer Mr. Manoj Kumar Rai is present in person. He submits that the seat of Anganbari Karyakatri in question was wrongly shown as EWS reserved seat instead of general seat. This mistake has been rectified on the next date, i.e. 15.3.2024. Corrigendum to that effect was issued. On the OnLine portal, the seat in question is shown as unreserved seat since beginning. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners has objected and submitted that no one has been intimated regarding the corrigendum. This is an ante dated correction. 4. It has been further submitted on behalf of the State that even otherwise on merit, Mansi Giri who belongs to a below poverty line and is a graduate has outscored the petitioner and has been selected on merit. The explanation given by the officer appears to be reasonable. There appears to be no illegality in the selection. 5.The petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
