Sasidhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Srinivas Pathuri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments and Sri Kappera Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking any action against the illegal construction and encroachments that have been made by the 7th respondent in the property belong to the 6th 2 respondent institution in Sy.No.303/1 part of Chirala Town and Mandal, Bapatla District. 3. When the matter is taken up for admission today, Sri Kappera Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No.6 has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the 6th respondent already requested the Municipal Commissioner, Chirala for conducting survey of the subject lands and the Tahsildar, Chirala Mandal was also requested to get the land surveyed and to locate the entire land as per the Will Deed since the Choultry is in occupation of only Ac.0.60 cents which has been included in the prohibitory list of properties. It is further submitted that he would take all necessary steps to locate the land of the Choultry and get surveyed the same. 4. The said instructions of the 6th respondent are placed on record. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
