In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondent(s) is dispensed with. The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "A. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 3 to decide early the petitioner application dated 24/03/2025 sand to opposite party no 3 for compliance of order dated 27/08/2024 is being contained as ANNEXURE 1 & 2 to this writ petition." Considering the facts of the case including the relief as sought, in relation to which the present petition has been filed, as also the relevant procedure prescribed for execution of order dated 27.08.2024 passed in exercise of the power under Section 116 U.P. Revenue Code 2006, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. It is accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application as per law and approach this Court again, if cause arises.
