1. The matter is taken out of turn on mention.
2. Reply has not been filed on behalf of the newly impleaded respondent No. 3. The said respondent shall file his reply positively by the next date of hearing.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has earlier got an order dated 14.06.2023 from the learned Trial Court in respect of <no objection= for renewal of his passport, but since the learned Trial Court, in its order passed on the application of the petitioner, has, inter alia, observed that petitioner may need the passport for Hajj/Umrah, as such, the said observation made by the learned Trial Court was misinterpreted by the respondents who have renewed his passport only for Hajj/Umrah pilgrimage and that too for the duration of only three years.
4. The learned Trial Court is directed to address to the pending application of the petitioner for NOC in respect of his travel to Qatar and UK also and to dispose of the same in accordance with the law expeditiously.
