Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue an appropriate direction or order to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No.15 District Sultanpur to decide the application for Temporary Injunction (i.e., application Under Order XXXIX Rule 1 CPC) bearing No. 5 7 2 pending in Original Suit No. 1102 of 2022 (Jay Prakash & Others Vs Rajendra Prasad & Others) pending since 15.12.2022 expeditiously, within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court and further be pleased to direct the parties to maintain status quo on the spot till disposal of the temporary injunction application." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
