In view of the same, Ms. S.G. Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the petition on the ground that she will move appropriate application before the concerned Court. Prayer is allowed. The case is disposed of with a further direction that the interim order may continue for fifteen (15) days from today for giving opportunity to the petitioner to avail remedy before the concerned Court.
