The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 30th July, 1999, whereby the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the CPC was disposed of along with the other applications. 2. Considering the fact that an interlocutory order was under challenge, no good ground for interference is made out. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 4. The interim order dated 02.09.1999 is vacated. 5. The regular suit No.189 of 1986 shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from today. 6. Office report indicates that the original file is missing, however, a photocopy has been placed on record. The same is treated and seen as a petition and is disposed of.
