Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondents. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of written instructions has submitted that the representation of the petitioner which was received in the office of respondent No.5 was examined and it was found that the petitioner has not provided any documents on the portal on 15.01.2021 for the feeding thus, vide letter dated 21.03.2025, the communication was made from the petitioner to provide the relevant documents for the purpose of feeding on the portal so that they may be verified and after due approval from the Headquarter the further action may be taken. She further submits that prior to 03.04.2025 since the year 2021, the petitioner has not provided any document to the opposite parties so that the necessary feeding on the portal could have been done and he could have been assigned any duty. The petition is premature at this stage and in view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties to verify the documents provided by the petitioner on the online portal and pass appropriate orders by speaking and reasoned order as per law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
