FIR in Crime No.124/2020 was registered at Bagalur Police Station, Bengaluru City against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 96 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. Charge sheet is filed under Section 192(A)(5) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 3. Material on record reveal that the petitioner was initially granted bail. Since he failed to appear before the trial Court, bail bond was cancelled and - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2469 CRL.P No. 288 of 2025 NBW was issued against him. Petition seeking anticipatory bail has been dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge in Crl.Misc.No.15380/2024 vide order dated 18.12.2024. 4. Having once granted the relief and the petitioner having been enlarged on bail, granting anticipatory bail does not arise. It is the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner was unwell and he was suffering from dengue and as he was admitted in a hospital, he could not appear before the trial Court. 5. Considering that the petitioner was released on bail initially and taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel, an opportunity can be given to the petitioner. 6. Petitioner is therefore directed to appear before the jurisdictional Court within a period of 15 days from today and file necessary application for bail and in that - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:2469 CRL.P No. 288 of 2025 event he shall be released on bail on the same day, imposing conditions which the learned Judge deems fit.
