D201904120002208 that is (state versus adi kumar jain) is pending before Court- Learned Additional District Magistrate / Sealing Authority District Barabanki in compliance of order dated 07/01/2016 in case sealing no. 44/1998 passed by this court Expeditiously within stipulated time." 3. Considering the fact that the matter is pending since long, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order.
