1. By way of filing this writ petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order dated 14.11.2011 passed by Rent Tribunal, Jaipur (hereinafter referred to as “the Tribunal”) in Original Rent Application No.02/2009 by which the application filed by the petitioners for permitting him to submit affidavit and documents in contradiction to the rejoinder to the reply submitted by the respondents has been rejected.

After filing of the rejoinder by the respondents, the petitioners wanted to file sur-rejoinder in form of affidavit with documents. The trial court has rejected the application by holding that no new facts have been brought on record, which was required to be rebutted by the petitioners by way of filing affidavit and documents and a liberty was granted to the petitioners to ask the relevant question in this regard from the respondents at the relevant time.
3. The order passed by the Tribunal is just and proper, which requires no interference of this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition stands rejected. Stay application as well as all applications (pending, if any) also stand rejected.
4. The interim order dated 05.02.2013 stands vacated. The Tribunal is directed to decide the original rent application expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order looking to the fact that the original rent application is pending since 2009.
