During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by a common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.6882 of 2018 and batch, dated 02.07.2025, and hence, requests this Court to pass similar order in this petition also. This Court in the said common order, has granted liberty to the petitioners to challenge the rejection orders passed by the TTD, if they are so advised. 3 3. Learned Standing Counsel for TTD, appearing for the 1st respondent does not refute the said submission. 4. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the common order passed in W.P.Nos.6882 of 2018 and batch, dated 02.07.2025. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the common order passed in W.P.Nos.6882 of 2018 and batch, dated 02.07.2025, to this order.
