Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is a man of less resources. There are three cases pending against him. He is not in a position to produce two sureties in each of the case. It is not necessary that there should be separate sureties for separate cases. One person may stood surety in many cases. There is no bar to it. Be it as it may, the instant bail order is modified. Para 7 of the order dated 09.01.2025 shall be read as follows:- “Let the applicant be released on his executing a personal bond and furnishing one reliable surety to the satisfaction of the Court concerned”.
