By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed for following relief: "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners, specially, respondent no.2 for continuance on the post of Technician/Staff Nurse working under the National Health Mission Scheme since covid pandemic in view of the circular issued by the Principal Secretary on 27.08.2024 within short stipulated period which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper" 3. From the record, it transpires that petitioners have already represented their claim before the competent authority on 10.04.2023 and reminder whereof made on 07.12.2024. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioners and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
