The petition is of the year 1998. This Court on 14.02.2025 had passed the following order which reads as under:- "Learned counsel for the parties are directed to come prepare for final hearing. List on 19.02.2025 peremptorily. " Sri Arjun Kumar Kaushal learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case the petitioner no.4 has died some time in the year 2022-23. He further submits that the private respondent nos.3 to 6 have also died. Considering that the majority of the parties are died and there is no substitution, accordingly, the petition stands abated. A liberty shall be available to the petitioners to move in accordance with law. In case, such an application is moved, the same shall be considered on its own merits.
