On being asked to show the name in the revenue records, he could not show the same. In any case, if he wants possession of the said land or removal of any encroachment by an private opposite party, the remedy is not under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. We, dispose of, the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue other remedies as may be prescribed in law provided there is a cause and locus to do so. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.)
