The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "(i) ISSUE an order or direction to Opposite party no. 4 - Tahsildar, Sandila, District Hardoi to decide the the application of petitioners dated 6.1.2025 pending before him within early period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court as contained in Annexure no. 1." Perusal of the record shows that the application dated 06.01.2025 filed before Tahsildar, Sandila, District Hardoi is a non statutory application, as such, this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again after preferring an application before the concerned authority as per law, if cause so arises.
