The petitioner wants some inquiry into the veracity of academic testimonials of a dead person who while alive working as Assistant Teacher, on the ground that his legal heirs have been provided compassionate appointment and in that context seeks to challenge the order passed by the concerned opposite party declining to consider the same, as, the person has already died.
