Rupachandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Shahidur Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner in WP(C) Nos. 366 of 2025 & 421 of 2025. [2] Issue notice. [3] Ms. Kamei Landumshinlu, learned counsel assisting Mr. BR. Sharma, learned CGC accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. Themreichan, learned counsel assisting Mr. M. Rarry, learned senior counsel for the State respondent, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 to 5. Hence service is complete on all the respondents. [4] Learned counsel for the respondents pray for three weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit. [5] Mr. L. Shyam, learned counsel for the petitioner in WP(C) Nos. 333 of 2025 & 280 of 2025, submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents may be directed not to finalize the date of NIT in respect of 7 (seven) packages challenged by him. [6] At the moment, this Court is not passing any interim order in this regard. [7] Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel, submits that the petitioner like the local contractors may be allowed to participate in the NIT dated 10.04.2025. [8] It is clarified that there is no impediment for the petitioner or any other contractors for participating in the NIT. The last date of NIT dated 27.05.2025 at 5.00 pm is extended by one week i.e. till 03.06.2025 at 5.00 pm. [9] List these cases on 17.06.2025. JUDGE Kh. Joshua Maring KH.
