The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "ISSUE a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 to remove encroachment of opposite parties no. 5 to 12 from the land of Khalihan i.e. Khasra no. 114 Area 0.4680 Hectare, situated in the village of petitioner village Gotaiyya, Post Maheetha, Tahsil Sandila, District Hardoi." 3. Considering the issue of encroachment, the petitioner is permitted to move an application under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code and in case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. 4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
