On 31.12.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the matter was directed to be listed today i.e., 30.01.2025. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. The writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of thepetitioner in the post of the conductor under the Ex-servicemen quota.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Vinod Kumar Tarlada, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC states that the petitioner was aged about 40 years old at the time of filing of the Writ Petition and during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had retired from service on 30.09.2021 from the respondent-Corporation. Thus, the matter becomes infructuous.
5. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any shall stand closed.
