For the reasons stated in the application coupled with the submission made at Bar, the application is allowed and wherever the name of learned City Judge, Srinagar is mentioned in the judgment dated 17.10.2025, the same shall be read as <Sub Judge/ Judge Small Causes, Srinagar.
