Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent, at the behest of the 4th respondent, is interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 4th respondent and disturbing the peace of the petitioners and hence, the petitioners are forced to file the present writ petition. 3. Considering the submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose off the writ petition at the stage of admission, directing the 3rd respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following the due process of law. 4.
