An application for review has been filed seeking review of the judgment dated 17.03.2025. 3. The contention of the counsel for the applicant is that no opportunity of hearing was granted prior to passing of the suspension order, which fact was specifically stated but not considered while passing the order. Reliance is placed upon the judgment of this Court in Writ C No. 10388 of 2024 (Jabir Ali Vs. State of U.P. and another). 4. Considering the fact that by means of the judgment sought to be reviewed, directions were given to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority for preferring an appeal. No reason exists for review of the said judgment. The judgment relied upon in the case of Jabir Ali (Supra) would have no consequences wherein this Court had observed the right of hearing is must. 5. Considering the fact that all these issues including the non-grant of right of hearing can be considered before the appellate authority also, I do not see reason to review the order dated 17.03.2025.
