Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 07.02.2025 whereby, the application for grant of interim relief during the pendency of the appeal preferred against an order of cancellation, has been rejected. 3. The contention of the Counsel for the petitioner is that the order of cancellation came to be passed on 10.01.2025 without considering the reply submitted by the petitioner. 4. A perusal of the said order reveals that the affidavit given in support of the petitioner by the cardholder was disbelieved on the ground that in the earlier proceedings, the same very person had complaint against the petitioner. 5. In view thereof, prima facie, a case for grant of interim order is made out. As the appellate authority by means of the impugned order itself has fixed an early date and has directed for early hearing of the appeal, the present petition is disposed off directing the appellate authority to hear and decide the Appeal No.282 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.C- 202510000000282) in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from today. 6. Till the disposal of the appeal or for a period of four months, whichever is earlier, the order of cancellation dated 07.02.2025 shall remain stayed.
