The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the demand notice dated 09.12.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the Electricity Corporation states that there is a remedy before the opposite party no.4 under paragraph no.6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005. 4. The petitioner may approach the opposite party no.4 with regard to demand notice dated 09.12.2024, who shall take a decision, as per law or avail any other remedy as may be prescribed under law. So far as grievance regarding electriity connection is concerned, the petitioner may approach the opposite party no.4, who will consider and decide it within two weeks of submission of application by the petitioner along with certified copy of this order before him. 5.
