Satyen Vaidya, Judge (Oral) The petition has been filed with the prayer to transfer HMA No.86/2025 (CIS No.HMA No.28/2025), titled Varun Mahajan vs. Anubhuti Monga from the files of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kangra at Dharamshala to the files of Principal Judge, Family Court, Solan. 2. The respondent is present in person along with his counsel. He submits that he has no objection in granting the prayer made in the petition. He, however, has submitted that the next date of hearing fixed before Family Court, Kangra at Dharamshala is 8th July, 2025 and since he is employed in Noida, he has already made arrangements for attending the date and in 2 this view of the matter has prayed for directing the Family Court, Solan to take up the matter on the same date. 3. In view of admission made by the respondent, the petition is allowed. HMA No.86/2025 (CIS No.HMA No.28/2025), titled Varun Mahajan vs. Anubhuti Monga is ordered to be transferred from the files of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kangra at Dharamshala to the files of Principal Judge, Family Court, Solan. It is directed that learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Solan will take up the matter after transfer on 8th July, 2025. The parties are directed to ensure their representation before the Family Court, Solan, on 8th July, 2025. Ordered accordingly. Copies of this order be communicated to both the Courts immediately. 4.
