He contends that though respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have issued directions to respondent No.4, but respondent No.4 paid no heed. It is also submitted that no action has been proposed or initiated against respondent No.4. 2) On the other hand, learned State counsel would oppose the submission made by -3- the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3) Taking into consideration, the limited relief sought in the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take appropriate action against respondent No.4 strictly in accordance with law. 4) Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of at the admission stage itself. 5) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
