Hossain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 5th August, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same. On perusal of the order dated 5th August, 2025, it is revealed that in paragraph 6 instead of “The application dated 23.11.2024 is pending till date and the report from the Medical Board is ready with the North 24-Parganas District Primary School Council, being respondent nos.5 and 6 in the instant writ petition.” in the order, it should be read as “The Chairman, North 24-Pgs, District Primary School Council, being the respondent no.6, is requested to consider the application dated 23.11.2024, by passing a reasoned order after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondent no.6. The Chairman being respondent no.6 is also requested to communicate the decision to the petitioner by fortnight thereafter.” 2 The other portion of the order dated 5th August, 2025 shall remain the same.
