This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 03.10.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0605 of 2024, under Section 406 I.P.C., Police Station Madiyan, District Lucknow. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under the law.
