The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioners and trying to dispossess the petitioners from their properties. It is submitted that the petitioners have filed 2 W.P.No.15653 of 2024 and this Court have granted an order of Status-quo dated 23.07.2024. Inspite of the order of status-quo, the 3rd respondent, who is arraigned as 5th respondent in W.P.No.15653 of 2024 is trying to interfere in the civil disputes. 3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to not to interfere in the civil disputes and also not to disturb the peace of the petitioners, without following the due process of law. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
