The show cause notice on the basis of enquiry report, submitted by the Inquiry Officer, has been given to the petitioner. 2. He submits that after due approval from the Public Service Commission, the final decision in the disciplinary proceedings shall be taken. 3. In view of the above, with the consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondents to conclude the departmental disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 4.
