Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing to opposite party No.1 to 5 to take appropriate and lawful action against opposite party No.6 & 7, and further removed encroachment upon goan sabha land gata No. 1099/0.0320 hectare (main road) recorded in revenue record they have illegally and unlawfully encroached the goan sabha land i.e. public utility land in the interest of justice." 2. Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that respondent nos.6 & 7 have been issued notices for removal of the unauthorized construction. 3. In view of the said statement, present petition is disposed off with direction to execute the orders in accordance with law, unless there is any impediment in the form of any judicial order passed by any competent Court of law. 4. The order shall be executed preferably within a period of three months from today.
