The petitioner claims to be the wife of an erstwhile village Panchayat member who died in harness. She claims compassionate allowance under Panchayat Welfare Fund Scheme in terms of the Government Order dated 30.03.2022, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition. Let the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Hardoi i.e. opposite party no. 4, verify the aforesaid fact, and if any such application has been filed online in terms of the G.O. aforesaid, he shall process the same and do the needful as per law. The District Magistrate, Hardoi shall also do the needful in terms of the aforesaid. This exercise shall be completed within a period of one month. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
