Barooah, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this instant anticipatory bail application with a liberty to file an appropriate anticipatory transit bail application complying with all the requirements, as stated in the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in the Case of “Priya Indoria Vs. State of Karnataka” reported in “(2024) 4 SCC 749.” 3. The prayer is allowed. 4. This anticipatory bail application is disposed of on withdrawal, with the liberty as sought for granted.
