This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed praying to direct the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mankapur, District Gonda to decide the Case No. 113 (Smt. Saroj Vs. Mohammad Umar) under Section 145 CrPC, pending before him the since 2008. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the aforesaid case has not been decided yet despite the fact that it was instituted in the year 2008. Therefore, he prays to issue a direction to dispose of the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the case, the present application is finally disposed of with the direction to the concerned court below to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties, in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment.
